"THE BEST FROM SEA TO SEA"

Troop 83 was founded in May 1975 by Wayne and Joyce Fisher and Chartered by the First United Methodist Church in Rockwall Texas. The aims of the troop are the same as those established by Boy Scouts of America:

• To build character and moral strength

• To foster citizenship, and

• To develop physical, mental and emotional fitness
